To avoid possible violations, you must list the names of ALL members of the household and the age of all children under 18. A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID with the current Lakewood address is required for any adult member, not on the title.

 

Residents who received a digital or physical fob in 2024 will not be required to complete a new pool application. Digital and physical fobs will reactivate on Saturday, May 24th, 2025.
