Community Management Update

Dear Homeowners,


We would like to inform you of an important change within our community's management team.  The Board of Directors (Board) has received and officially accepted the resignation of our Operations Manager, William, with an effective date of January 03, 2025. 


William has been the Operations Manager at LWP for the past eight years and has been a valuable member of our HOA Management Team, contributing greatly to the smooth operation of our community.  While we are sorry to see him go, we fully support his decision and wish him well in his future endeavors.


Please know that the Board is actively working on a transition plan to ensure the service and management of the association continue to run smoothly.  We will be working closely with our property management company, Associa, to determine which, if any, duties can and should be transitioned to Associa.  Also, as part of the transition plan, the Board will evaluate the needs of the Association to determine how we will proceed with replacing William's position.
