2025 ASSESSMENT INCREASE-
The monthly assessment will increase by $5.00, starting January 1, 2025, bringing the new total to $55.00 per month.

For faster processing, please include your account number on mailed payments and, if possible, include a payment coupon. Failure to update your payment method may lead to delays in processing and or returned payments.
BILL PAY SERVICE-
If using your bank’s Bill Payment Service, please follow these steps:
Remove the existing payment profile and create a new one using the address information provided above.
Make checks payable to Lakewood Prairie Homeowners Association for $55.00 (effective January 1, 2025) and include your 7-digit account number in the memo, as shown on your payment coupon.
ASSOCIA DIRECT DEBIT-
Homeowners using the Associa Direct Debit form do not need to take any action. The payment amount will automatically update.
TOWNSQ PAYMENTS-
Homeowners using TownSq for recurring direct debit payments do not need to take any action. The payment amount will automatically update.
